Wild Thing is a pose in motion, starting in Downward Facing Dog and continuing through to a one-armed backbend.

Physically, this pose can get a little wild - a hand and foot is often off the mat, and a one-armed backbend is moving into unknown territory for many of us.  That's why it's important to break down the pose into its component parts so you have the technique to move with freedom yet stay in control.
